Zip adds Column N.A. as a second bank partner for U.S. installment lending
The nationally chartered, FDIC-member bank will support Zip’s unsecured U.S. installment products as the fintech expands its funding relationships.

Zip’s U.S. business announced October 19 that Column N.A. would become its second banking partner for unsecured U.S. installment lending products.
Column is a nationally chartered, federally regulated bank and a Member FDIC institution. Zip said the additional relationship is intended to diversify its funding partners and support funding-cost efficiency and operational resilience.
A bank-partner arrangement is part of the lending infrastructure behind a fintech product; it does not by itself change the consumer-facing terms of every Zip product or guarantee a particular approval outcome. The applicable loan disclosures, underwriting rules and repayment obligations remain product-specific.
Zip did not disclose financial terms of the partnership or a forecast for incremental originations. The announcement describes a banking relationship supporting Zip’s U.S. installment products, not a new consumer product launch.
