Beeks Group and OmniPhi launched Beeks Sovereign AI on October 19, an institutional-grade agentic AI platform for capital-markets workflows.

The companies said the platform is designed to run across infrastructure owned or controlled by a financial institution, including colocation facilities and on-premises environments. The stated use cases cover research, strategy and risk workflows while keeping sensitive market data and trading strategies within the institution’s private environment.

Data sovereignty is a practical concern for firms that cannot send proprietary market data or trading logic to a general-purpose external model. Keeping deployment inside controlled infrastructure can help with governance, but firms still need model validation, access controls, audit trails and a clear boundary between research assistance and automated trading decisions.

Beeks said full deployment is scheduled for its third quarter of fiscal 2027. The companies did not publish customer numbers, performance benchmarks or pricing with the launch announcement.
