Ibis emerges from stealth with $250 million FalconX credit facility
The new platform plans to provide structured credit to eligible crypto trading firms, with Anchorage Digital Bank and Innovating Capital supporting custody and credit design.

Ibis emerged from stealth on October 28 as an onchain credit platform focused on institutional credit rails for frontier markets and crypto trading firms.
The company announced a $250 million credit facility from FalconX that it plans to use to provide structured credit to eligible trading firms. Ibis also disclosed a pre-seed round led by FalconX, without publishing the round’s amount.
Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A. is serving as Ibis’s custody, banking and design partner, while Innovating Capital is contributing credit and transaction-structuring expertise, according to the announcement. The arrangement puts custody, underwriting and collateral controls at the center of a product that is marketed as onchain credit.
A credit facility is available financing capacity, not a grant or guaranteed borrowing for every applicant. Terms, collateral requirements, eligibility, pricing and drawdown conditions were not fully disclosed, and the announcement does not establish that all crypto firms or frontier-market borrowers will qualify.
