HL Hunt Financial describes AI Debt Collection as software that automates omnichannel outreach and payment negotiations while applying controls intended to support compliance with the FDCPA, TCPA and Regulation F.

The published materials describe contact-frequency caps, time-of-day restrictions and instant cease-and-desist handling. The platform also includes audit logging intended to help document collection activity and support dispute defense. Those controls can structure workflows, but clients retain responsibility for their collection practices and legal obligations.

HL Hunt’s published pricing lists a Free plan at $0 per month with a 26% commission and up to 50 active collections; Basic at $149 per month with a 15% commission and up to 250 active collections; Growth at $349 per month with a 10% commission and up to 1,500 active collections; and Scale at $649 per month with a 6.5% commission and up to 7,500 active collections. Enterprise is custom priced for unlimited volume and advanced support.

The published commissions and volume limits are company-provided product terms, not independently verified savings or recovery-rate results. Customers should confirm how active collections are counted, what the commission applies to, data-retention and call-recording practices, human review requirements, and how disputes or regulatory complaints are handled.

AI automation does not make a collection action lawful by itself. Businesses evaluating the platform should obtain appropriate legal and compliance advice, test controls against their jurisdictions and policies, and review the service agreement before contacting consumers.
