Vesta raises $30 million Series B to expand its AI-native mortgage origination system
The Conversion Capital-led round brings Vesta's total funding to $85 million as the company says its platform supports lenders originating more than $100 billion in loans annually.

Vesta, an AI-native loan origination system for mortgage lenders, said October 8 that it raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Conversion Capital. The round brings the company's total funding to $85 million, according to Vesta.
Vesta said it will use the capital for product development and market expansion, including hiring across engineering and go-to-market roles. The company says its platform supports lenders originating more than $100 billion in loans annually.
The system is designed to automate work across mortgage origination, from document intake and verification through underwriting workflows and the handoffs that move a loan toward closing. Vesta said roughly 40% of tasks on its platform are now handled by AI agents, a company-reported figure that has not been independently audited.
Mortgage lenders have spent years adding automation to a process still heavily dependent on manual document review and exception handling. The practical test for Vesta is not simply how many individual tasks can be automated, but whether lenders can use those systems without increasing repurchase, fair-lending or documentation risk when an application falls outside the model's normal patterns.
Vesta did not disclose a post-money valuation or provide a breakdown of the new round between product investment and sales expansion.
