Stifel Financial announced October 15 that it had made a strategic minority investment in Meow, a U.S. business-banking fintech, and would work with Stifel Bank to offer a white-label version of Meow's treasury-management platform.

The initial target is Stifel's venture and fund-banking division. The platform is designed to bring cash management, payments, card services, expense tools and stablecoin transactions into a digital experience branded for Stifel clients, with onboarding expected to begin in early 2027.

The arrangement gives Stifel a way to add software-led treasury capabilities without building every interface and workflow internally, while Meow gains a bank distribution partner. For clients, the relevant question will be how the platform connects to existing accounts, approvals, custody and reporting rather than simply whether more features appear in one dashboard.

The companies did not disclose the size or valuation of Stifel's investment. The white-label service is planned rather than available today, and the announcement does not establish which stablecoins, payment rails or client eligibility rules will apply at launch.
