Navra, an AI-native financial technology company founded by Mike Cagney, has raised $19 million in an oversubscribed Series A round led by Ribbit Capital, according to an announcement about the financing that closed October 6.

Baseline Ventures, DCM, Jump Crypto and Figure Technology Solutions also participated, alongside other strategic investors. Navra said the capital will support expansion of its AI infrastructure, continued platform development, and customer and partner acquisition.

The company has described its product at a high level as financial infrastructure built around AI-native workflows. That positioning places Navra in a crowded but consequential category: firms are trying to replace fragmented financial operations with software agents that can interpret data, make decisions and coordinate activity across lending, payments or capital markets systems.

Navra has not disclosed a post-money valuation, revenue figures, customer count or a detailed product roadmap with the funding announcement. The company's general description of an AI-native platform leaves the specific financial workflows it handles and the controls around automated decisions to be established as it expands.
