HL Hunt Financial's Personal Credit Builder is presented as a monthly membership product intended to help consumers establish or improve credit history through a revolving tradeline reported to all three major credit bureaus. The product page says no credit check is required and includes credit monitoring and access to an associated marketplace.

The published menu has five tiers. Starter is listed at $9.99 per month with a $1,000 credit limit; Builder at $19.99 per month with a $2,500 limit; Accelerator at $49.99 per month with a $4,500 limit; Professional at $74.99 per month with a $6,500 limit; and Premium at $99.99 per month with a $10,000 limit.

The plan structure makes the central tradeoff easy to see: consumers pay a recurring fee in exchange for a reported line with a higher stated limit as they move up tiers. A higher limit can affect utilization calculations if the tradeline is reported and managed as described, but the page does not independently establish how each bureau treats the account or how quickly a member's score will change.

HL Hunt's materials also do not present an independently audited record of score outcomes, approval rates or the percentage of members who achieve a particular credit result. Consumers would need to confirm reporting cadence, account terms, cancellation rules, any fees outside the displayed membership price, and how the product interacts with existing credit obligations before enrolling.

The product page describes the membership as having no credit check, which may make it accessible to consumers who cannot qualify for conventional revolving credit. It does not, by itself, guarantee approval for other credit products or a specific change in a consumer's credit score.
