ScribeUp raises $13 million to expand embedded recurring-bill management for banks
The Series A combines $10 million of equity with a $3 million venture-debt facility and will fund hiring, go-to-market work and agentic AI development.

ScribeUp announced October 21 that it had raised $13 million in Series A financing, consisting of $10 million in equity and a $3 million venture-debt facility led by Curql.
The company provides embedded recurring-bill management tools for financial institutions. Its platform lets customers track, cancel and update subscriptions inside a bank application, rather than sending them to a separate bill-management service.
ScribeUp said its platform supports more than 200,000 unique billers for more than 60 financial institutions. Those are company-reported operating figures, not an independent measure of customer savings, cancellation success or retention.
The new capital will support hiring, go-to-market efforts and development of ScribeUp’s agentic AI technology. The company did not disclose a new revenue forecast or say that every participating institution will receive the same product capabilities or pricing.
