HL Hunt Financial describes AI Debt Collection as a recovery platform that manages accounts from upload through outreach, payment-plan negotiation, payment and reporting. The published product materials say creditors can connect accounts by CSV, API or direct loan-origination-system integration.

The page describes automated selection among SMS, email, calls, letters and voicemail drops, using debtor behavior, payment history, channel preference and response patterns. It also describes payment-plan generation, skip-tracing tools and a workflow that can escalate from reminders to notices or calls.

HL Hunt says contact workflows check for the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Regulation F, including contact-frequency limits, time-of-day restrictions and cease-and-desist handling. Those are company-described controls, not an independently audited compliance certification or a substitute for a creditor’s legal review.

The published pricing lists Free at $0 per month with a 26% recovery commission for up to 50 active collections; Basic at $149 per month with a 15% commission for up to 250; Growth at $349 for up to 1,500; Scale at $649 with a 6.5% commission for up to 7,500; and Enterprise at custom pricing for unlimited collections. The page also notes that messaging, voice and optional modules may carry additional charges under order forms.

The product page displays performance claims including a 94% right-party-match confidence figure, higher recovery and lower agent time. FinCrunch has not independently verified those claims. A prospective creditor would need to confirm the exact commission, usage fees, audit trail, human-review process, dispute handling and jurisdiction-specific requirements in its agreement.
